By creating an account, checking “I agree,” or using SettleHaul you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

SettleHaul is software for one owner-operator company to store weekly carrier settlements, expenses, and fuel, then roll those stored rows into profit, P&L, and a Schedule C-style tax view. Amounts come only from what you import or type. Miles and settlement dollars are never invented. Verify imported numbers against your PDFs.

Your account

You must provide a real email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of PDFs and numbers you enter. Do not upload books you are not allowed to store.

Trial, fees, and cancel

Public offer: 14-day free trial · once per email · then $19/mo for the Owner-Operator plan. The trial is once per email — deleting an account and signing up again does not start a new trial. After the trial, writing to the books (import, miles, fuel, expenses) requires an active subscription. Checkout collects a card so billing can start when the trial ends. Expired trials can still view stored reports. Cancel anytime in Billing → Customer portal (Stripe). Fees already billed are not refunded unless required by law. Private promotion codes are not advertised.

Not advice

SettleHaul is a bookkeeping tool. It is not a CPA and does not give tax, legal, or accounting advice. It does not file returns or compute MACRS. Confirm figures with your tax pro before you file.

Connect Gmail

Connect Gmail is optional and read-only. You authorize SettleHaul only to find and import settlement PDFs into your own books. Do not abuse Connect Gmail or use it to access anyone else’s mailbox. You can disconnect in Settings. If you do not connect, upload PDFs on Import PDFs.

Availability

SettleHaul is provided as available. We aim to keep settlehaul.com running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by US law, SettleHaul is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, tax penalties, or damages from numbers you entered incorrectly, PDFs you did not verify, or downtime. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the prior three months.

Closing an account

You can delete your account in Settings or email settlehaul@gmail.com. Deletion removes the company books we store. Trial use is still counted once per email.
